The Kenro USB Film and Slide Scanner converts your 35mm slides, film and negatives into digital images. The scanner has a resolution of 5 Megapixels (1800 dpi) or 10 Megapixels (3600 dpi) interpolated, and is powered by USB - no additional power is required.

This affordable, simple scanner is quick and easy to use, with just one button press to scan each image. Simply connect the scanner to your computer via the USB cable (included), install the supplied software, and start scanning. The scanned images will automatically be transferred to your computer, with no memory card needed.

Orders of less than £30 are charged at £3.95 (standard shipping, 3-5 working days), or £5.95 (express shipping, 1-2 working days).

Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched on the same working day, orders placed after 12pm are dispatched on the next working day.

Trade Account Carriage and Delivery Options

Trade carriage charges are a flat rate for DPD Next Day delivery. Orders of less than £150 ex. VAT are charged at £7.50 delivery (ex. VAT). Orders of £150 or more ex. VAT are delivered free of charge.

Orders placed by 12pm will be dispatched on the same working day.

Returns Policy

All non-trade retail orders placed directly on www.kenro.co.uk have a no-quibble returns window of 30 days from date of receipt on unused products where the packaging is unbroken.

If you'd like to organise a return, visit our returns portal and follow the process to create your return. Please note that returns of free of fault items are not free and you will need to cover the associated postage costs yourself.

  

If you are returning your item because it is no longer required, you ordered the wrong item, or you have changed your mind, the system will guide you through the process of sending your item back.

If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, the system will prompt you to upload an image and a note which will come through to us for approval. Once we have approved the return, the system will arrange a return via our DPD account for you.

Software keeps crashing

The scanner is great, but the software (DigitNow!) is not. Can only scan 3 or 4 slides before the software crashes. Need to continually close it down and restart. Very frustrating especially as I have literally hundreds of slides to get through.

Needed to scan some very old family slides 1960s/1970s) only found recently. The new viewer is not too expensive and does exactly what I need - I fid not have any major software issues -,the enclosed disc (mini cd) did not work but the web was fine

OK but software difficult to download

To use this scanner, you have to download some specific software. My antivirus programme blocked the software so I had to sort that out. Then you have to get a serial number to download the software - this is on the company's website but it is not immediately clear. All in all, it was a bit more of a faff than I was hoping for.

came with no CD, how can i get the cd? or the software.
